- The company is not responsible for any kind of damage, leakage, theft, breakage, shortage, delays, spoilage by sun rays, flood or by any other means. Sender/client is responsible for proper packaging. No claims will be entertained ever.
- Perishable goods like fruits, vegetables, etc. are carried at the client/sender’s risk.
- Goods insurance will be borne by respected sender or receiver. Company does not cover any insurance.
- Goods will be delivered as per our convenience i. e. in one lot or in parts.
- If goods are not delivered because of client’s shortcomings, it will be taken to company godown. Extra charges for storing goods @ Rs. 5/kg per day and double delivery charges for re-delivery of goods will be levied. Also, if goods not claimed from godown, after 7 days, company has right to recover its charges through selling goods directly or through auction.
- If goods are seized by any government officials for any reasons, company is not responsible for any claims or charges. Client/sender is responsible for the same.
- In case of discrepancy in actual and declared weight or dimensions, company will recover the difference in charges at delivery destination plus 25% extra. Similarly, in case of change in delivery address, difference in charges will be applicable.
- Goods if stored at company godown for an reason, Company is not responsible for any kind of damage. (Refer point 3)
- Goods will only be delivered against company stamp.
- All disputes arising of this L. R. will be subjected to Surat jurisdiction only.
A client can place the cancellation request only before goods are picked up from defined location.
A cancellation request will be entertained for 2 times only. After that a cancellation charge of Rs. 200/- per cancellation request will be levied on the client.
No cancellation is possible after goods are picked up from pick up location.
Cancellation fees of 200% of delivery charges will be levied, if cancelled after goods are picked up from pick up location.
Delivery charges once paid will not be refunded in any case.
Every service offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to other.
There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed.
No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of delivery or transportation charges.
Taxes paid if any, on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
There is no refund policy for the services placed under same day delivery.
Evify Logitech Pvt Ltd is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.
